Tina was incredibly helpful! I had a great experience acquiring a policy through Atkinson, but Tina's customer service really put it over the top. 2 years AFTER I was no longer a customer (I had moved states) Tina helped me resolve an issue of my own making. Being cheerful and helpful across multiple emails and phone calls while resolving an issue for me, a non-current customer, was above and beyond. I hope I move back to Richmond so I can use Atkinson again. Thanks Tina!
