We've been with Astiva for 2 years now. Great plan with part B rebate. After 1st month, we have introduced to family members. 5 stars to Thủy Tiên, Diệp Huỳnh, these two are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional in helping explain the benefits. Tâm Nguyễn in Bolsa office is also excellent in customer service. A little comment for Ms office manager at Bolsa center. "Be a little more friendly and caring. After all you are in the customer service so please be one. "

They don't communicate well. They also need to better train their staff about coverage cards as well as groceries card. They seem to have mixed messages about cards delivery dates. Supervisors seem argumententive when trying to explain about a mishap.

Good plan for me. Part B rebate is excellent. They also allocate money for my golfing fee. Acupuncture is excellent service. Easy to make appointment.

ASTIVA was very helpful regarding issuing permissions to see specialists and other tests and medical procedures. Members also receive many benefits such as Part B payback, Over the counter allowance, Vision and Dental benefits. I highly recommend those who are eligible to joint or switch to ASTIVA in the opening season.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This Medicare insurance plan is horrific when paired with Noble AMA IPA Health Management Group. If you care about your loved ones, do not enroll them or allow them to enroll in this plan. A crucial surgery was denied for one of my loved ones. They gave us the run around for weeks, causing stress and anxiety for all of us. I was calling constantly trying to obtain information all while they denied information and most importantly lied to us. After so many calls, never once did they tell me they 'denied' the authorization. The physician's office who requested the autho requested a peer to peer and the physician who denied the autho, never responded yet when I called, in the notes, their system stated they called and spoke to my loved ones physician.
