Assurance Center

I have dealt with many insurance agencies in the past and this is by far the worst agency. They have no prefessional standards. Mary Kay, who was our agent, is rude, disresectful and incompetent. When we decided to cancel our relationship with the agency because our insurance was costing us 50% more than every other company and we were tired of her rudeness. Mary Kay managed to not properly cancel our policy. We had to send multiple certified letters because she claimed to have never received them. The agency then has kept our refund check without sending on to us. After several failed attempts at trying to receive our money (over $2000 worth) the insurance company (Peerless) had to get involved and stop payment on both checks to properly refund us.
