This insurance is pitiful. They are not here to help you with medical bills. They will not cover mental health appointments or anything to do with them. They will cover things and then 3 months later change their mind causing a past due bill to occur. Absolute nightmare to deal with this company.

Do not use any of their services. They go the extra mile, to avoid paying any claims. Customer service is borderline rude & not at all helpful. I have been paying in to this plan for years & any attempts to file claims are met with, you having to chase down info & jump through several hoops - only to find out that they will loophole their way out of any possible pay out. Save your money, because you won't get any back from these "people"

Don't do it. Just don't! They are a bunch of jerks who don't even know their own job. They are awful people. They try to belittle people. Both Helena and Glenis are confused. I think they always have fried chicken on their minds

My daughter's coverage lapsed due to an error by her employer. Karen got it straightened out when her office could have replied, "Sorry, not our fault."

Don't bother with this company. You can't enter your info to create an account and they can't provide you with any information for a health care provider when you get ahold of them
