Best agency you could ask for! Explained all pricing, coverages, and took their time doing it. Made sure there was no questions left to ask. I saved money on my renters, auto, and even on my life insurance. Plus, I gained some knowledge about my current coverages that I was unaware of prior to Walking in the door. Read your policy carefully every year. They took our large barn off the policy 5 years ago. My father called to have it put back on. They assured us it would be taken care of. We found out this year they did not put it back on and we had zero coverage on it. We found that out when we went to file a claim after it had been demolished in a horrific storm. They dropped the ball in the worst way.

They save you money but never plan on using it. I paid my bill every month, had a couple of accidents and farm bureau terminated my policy, good thing I called when did because I had no idea that there terminating me, I never received a notice. I could have been driving around without insurance and never knew it. I will say the employees are polite and helpful, but that's about it.

Switched from USAA to Ashton and in simple terms, money was saved. Home, Auto, and Life, switching to Ashton was an excellent decision. Excellent guy and cares about his clients. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a switch.
