Disappointed with the service and responsiveness from this office. I reached out multiple times requesting cancellation of a policy, but after more than 8 business days I still had not received the necessary cancellation paperwork or clear confirmation. The lack of urgency and follow-up created unnecessary stress and wasted time. If you need fast communication or time-sensitive service, I would suggest considering another office.
