Nice people but they never answer my call been open and no answer. They never open on time either how can anyone run a business like this.

Fast service. I have a spotty driving record and they were able to locate me coverage rather quickly for a reasonable amount. I give them 4/5 because I had called before I got there and asked them if they took debit cards, as i was trying to create a policy, and so I'd know if I needed to stop at a bank. The employee said yes. So I show up on my lunch break to start a policy to find out that the startup down payment is cash, monthly payments are able to be paid via debit. I had to leave there go to a bank and come back to finish the sign up process. This made me a little late back from lunch. Other than this, the place has been great!

never answer the phone . ever. and because of that i always have to pay a $10 surcharge fee going through the website or calling the insurance company directly.

Theses people are so friendly "Alot of people say that they are slow but they are not they spend their time trying to find you a cheaper rate.

So unprofessional!! Wasn’t given any information when I got the insurance . I was handed one single paper and told there’s your insurance. When I called to make the payment the lady put me on hold and then never came back! Today I tried calling again to make payment and the number rang and rang so I disconnected. I then called back and now the line is disconnected??? Ridiculous service
