Arnold Insurance

I had all my insurance with Chap Arnold insurance ( two trucks, one collector car, my business insurance and my homeowner's policy) in the Jackson Missouri agency for five years. My agent Jamie Schumacher would not return any of my calls and if I went by their office all I got was the run around. The agent did not cancel my homeowner's insurance or my business insurance when I faxed a statement to his office saying I had different insurance and was canceling. I am still receiving Bill's for the insurance I canceled. Do I have to report this to the Better Business Bureau to get this resolved?

Everyone seemed nice when dealing with them. However I was quoted $13.95 for travel insurance and all of my paperwork says $13.95 on it, but yet my card was charged $18.95. The same thing happened to my mother. When I asked them about it, they responded with "It was based on the days you put on the application. It’s minimal in cost and in reality costs more to quote, print and write it than they are paid for it. There isn’t a number to call or talk to. It’s all online based on your application." Also I received "If you don't want the coverage, then tell me and I'll let the company know." When it was approved and I got my information to take with me. It says my cost is $13.95, so I'm still curious to why my card was charged $18.95.
