We left and found a new agent. We put our trust in an agent to sell us a quality insurance and what we got was a nightmare (Utica). When you go through a disaster the last thing you want to do is have to fight an insurance company for repairs. It was the longest year of our lives living in a 2000SF demo zone with 2 toddlers whom were displaced from their rooms. Shame on you for selling and supporting such a horrible company.
