The first time we called them with our first car it was wonderful. We recently purchased a second car and was calling to add it. The lady said we should hear back in 45 minutes (Which was perfect because we had to register the car in a few hours) after almost 2 hours we called back to check on the progress. The lady we spoke to was very rude and was pretty much mad at us for calling and checking on the progress and said we should hear back in two hours now. She wasn't pleasant to speak with at all and wouldn't even check on what was going on.

After another company had completely priced us out of home insurance. We were referred to Armellino Agency and the care I received was excellent, she didn't put me off and tell me she'd call me with a quote later and when she did quote me the price was AMAZING!!!! On top of that, they took care of cancelling the other insurance and checked back in with us to make sure it had been done. We highly recommend!

Armelino agency looking for your business and money, but they don't have any customer service and follow up for the actual customers.

Nora was very helpful in my search for lower priced home owners ins! She made everything so easy! Explained any questions I had and managed to bring my insurance down $3000! And did it start to finish in 3 days! I have been using Armellino from r several years and will keep using them if I ever need insurance again! Thank you Nora ! I appreciate you and everything you did for me!

I responded to a mailer with low-ball rates. I understood those were only "estimates" so I called to get a real quote. I gave my information to John Armelino and never heard back. I called several more times, and they asked for the same information. Never heard back. Wasted several weeks. Don't bother!
