I always receive clear answers to my questions, provided with patience and a willingness to educate the customer. We have been with this agency for over 10 years, and have been guided through the sometimes difficult Florida insurance market with skill and clarity. Armando and his team are the best in the industry. They take care of their clients as if they were family, and take the time to make sure you understand your policy and it’s benefits. They are also very cost conscious and do their best to work within their client’s budget. Highly recommend this family run office for all your insurance needs!

This is a rude, rude person on this particular business. Looks like screaming on clients is a nature of Mr.Avila as per my experience and reviews of other clients. Also 5 stars review might come just from his friends and relatives. If you read this review I encourage you to find different agent of a State Farm or better insurance company. From now on I will never consider State Farm as my insurance of any kind. Also, Better Business Bureau might need to acknowledge this information.
