I called to BCBS, Pine Bluff AR. and spoke with Mrs. Bambi who helped me tremendously! Trust me when I say... she is the greatest!! No matter what my issues were... she was just a few miles and a call away to fixing my problems. Her people pleasing personality brought much ease and comfort to my chaotic situation.

My visit today in the Pine Bluff Blue Cross Blue Shield office was spectacular, Beverly Gray was my representative and handled all my questions and needs so quickly and professionaly. Love all the girls in this office. I highly recommend this office to take care of your insurance needs.
