I’ve been with ark insurance for a few years now. All the staff is super helpful but Vanessa was the first one to get me started and is always beyond helpful. ** Updating this as i have been with ark for almost a decade now. My husband and i have our vehicles, boat, and home insured through ark. They are the absolute best. Everytime we call they are always helpful, patient, and finding us the best rates. We recently switched our homeowners insurance from statefarm and now go through ark and so thankful because statefarm is a nightmare. Make the switch and give them a call you wont regret it!
The ladies at Ark Insurance always go above and beyond with Insurance needs as well a being an IDNR vendor for licenses and tags. I'm always greeted by name and with a smile.
The best insurance I've ever had. They've made it so easy to switch or add new cars, report accidents, you name it! I've been with them for about 6 or 7 years now and I wouldn't have it any other way.
