I had the pleasure of speaking with Isaac the other day. he was very knowledgeable and i learned so much i didn’t know about auto and life insurance, he took the time out of his day to explain everything to me. Even though we were on the phone for maybe ten minutes, it was productive and i definitely got something out of that phone call. Just on customer service alone it’s worth the switch!!

Extremely disappointed with customer service. I tried to resolve an issue and was met with unprofessionalism and complete lack of care. The staff Melena seemed uninterested in helping and offered no real solution. I expected much better treatment as I have been a customer for years and serviced by Maya Mandie Elisa and Vanessa all Excellent Staff. What happened? The Staff now seems unmotivated and dismissive, and overall has gone downhill. I hope management take action and bring back the standard that previous reps had.

Working with Jennifer was an absolute breath of fresh air. My days for the most part are very busy with work and when I get home I have two young children to tend to, so you can imagine how much time there is left in between to actually handle important things like these.
