Archer Agency bought out my former Farmers branch and Daria K has been VERY attentive and responsive. She answered all my questions and explained everything in simple terms that I could understand. I've never spoken to Ryan, but he must be one smart cookie to have hired Daria.
I had Archer Insurance handle my insurance needs for years. The customer service has always been friendly, responsive, and professional. And, when I had to do a claim, they were extremely helpful in walking me through everything to ensure a smooth process.
I switched to Farmers insurance so I could get a better rate which I did, but after only 6 months and no claims they wanted to raise it from $158 to $186 per month.
I have worked with Daria Konopka and she is wonderful at making sure you have everything you need to make sure you are comfortable and safe! Thank you!!!
