Customer Service was fine when I received car insurance for my vehicle. However, after trying to receive a loaner vehicle, (bc my car needs service), I found out that my insurance will not transfer. This means I will have to pay out of pocket for insurance on a rental or loaner vehicle. Honestly, I didn’t know that was a “thing”. But I will say that the Arcadia representative SHOULD HAVE let me know, prior to me paying for my insurance IN FULL, that the insurance I choose does not transfer. She failed to do so. So just beware when you use them. Be sure to ask questions about the policy, like DOES IT TRANSFER (to be specific) or you might be stuck with a paid in full - full comprehensive coverage insurance, that when renting a vehicle, doesn’t actually allow you to. Lesson learned.

Great customer service, Great atmosphere

I was just in there, working with Aurelia. (I hope I got her name right!) She, the guy working the help desk and the man who's worked there for years- they were all just wonderful. They were calm and friendly, we had great conversation. Aurelia searched several companies for the best price and coverage. I am very glad I decided to use their services again. It was definitely worth it. 👍👍

I needed insurance I called very close to closing time and we all know how some businesses can feel about a customer coming at closing not these ladies they had no problem helping me at the last minute she provided great customer service I did apologize and I so appreciated that they helped me out on such short notice .

Brittany and Julie have both been amazing over the last two years, they have shopped policies and shown me all the options for my insurance needs even though it took extra time. I highly recommend them for all of your insurance needs.
