Aranot Insurance

I’ve worked with Aranot for a number of years now and I have my policies with them and I speak to my clients about their services. Their service is extremely professional and their costs are much lower than some of the other larger insurance companies. Highly recommend!

Very satisfied costumer. I got insurance for both of my cars and renters insurance. The manager Karla Menumea was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be recommending with friends and family.

Every 6 months you have to call them to accept a new quote. It does not auto renew after 6 months. That's probably a good thing because they jack up the prices every 6 months and they do not honor their window price shown as that is only for new customers. After one and a half years with them I am now paying double for the same coverage, no accidents or tickets. Will be looking forward to not renewing my next 6 month term with them and actually go elsewhere.

Very bad customer service. I was calling to add a car to the policy and I was hung up on, I called multiples times after and left a voicemail to no call back. When somebody is paying for your services You should expect the best services out of the company.

Satisfied customer, they make feel special always they friendly staff everytime I come to their office. And If I have any question about my policy Karla Menumea always response to my questions. Thanks guys Definitely recommended to family and fiends
