I submitted my information and sensitive documents for a UIIA trucking insurance quote and was told someone would follow up. After 3 weeks and multiple calls, I still never received a response. Each time I called, I was told “someone will reach out in 1 hour” or “in 2 hours,” but no one ever did. I even spoke with a manager who questioned why I wanted to change insurance mid-term. I explained it was to set up UIIA for intermodal work, but there was still no follow-up. If a company doesn’t want the account, that’s fine but collecting people’s information and then not responding is unprofessional. Other clients shouldn’t waste their time with this company.

We’ve been with this agency since 2018 and initially had a professional agent, Robert Soultar, who was very helpful. Unfortunately, after he left, our experience has been extremely disappointing. One of our claims was denied without a clear explanation, and it seems no one at the Arachas Group is aware of the situation. We’ve been trying to get assistance from our account manager, Marlena Shaffer, but she mentioned she has no authority to resolve the issue. As we all know, an agent should step in and support their client when problems arise — but that hasn’t been the case here. I’ve even tried to find out who our main company representative is, without any success. Overall, it’s been a frustrating experience with unprofessional and unskilled service.
