If I could give negative stars I would. I purchases two hazard insurance policies and on one of the policies at time of inspection the insurance company dropped me. The agency NEVER reached out to me and when I called them to ask for help to see what happened they were basically clueless. Now a year later I never got a notice from neither the insurance company nor the agent which resulted in a lapse in coverage. From my previous experience with another agency. THE AGENCY ALWAYS REACHES OUT to confirm that I am still SATISFIED with the current coverage before it renews. Had they done something as simple as that I wouldn't have had a lapse. After I noticed my property had a lapsed insurance I called my contact a few times and didn't receive a call back. I am so happy to have left this agency
