Honey, when I tell you April Schaffer and her team, especially Laura, are thee best, I mean it. I have never received service this outstanding. Laura is always incredibly responsive, literally replying to emails within 30 minutes and she’s consistently willing to help, whether by email or by hopping on a phone call. You know how ads always recommend shopping for new insurance every year to get a better rate? I probably could find coverage for a little less per month but I honestly don’t care, because I know I would never get this level of service anywhere else. I AIN'T going NOWHERE! This kind of peace of mind is priceless. Thank y’all for truly being the greatest!
