I recently requested a change of agent and I’m glad I did! April Krutsinger in Waverly, IA is now my State Farm agent and she is so professional and knowledgeable in her field! She’s been comparing prices and policies for me and has already saved me money! She’s on top of everything, giving me the answers and best options on several different types of insurance including home and car insurance so quickly, I don’t even have to ask twice! Another insurance company I have policies with didn’t even respond when I wanted to compare price options to help my budget until I got so frustrated I had to make a decision on changing companies.
