Total scam of “insurance “. I recently had to cancel a trip to Mexico, on my doctor’s direct recommendation after becoming pregnant, due to the prevalence of the Zika virus (which causes serious and permanent brain damage to a fetus, among other medical issues). However, I was informed that the insurance only covers “sickness”, which they did not define much further in their correspondence, and my claim has been denied (twice, including an appeal). The intent of the travel insurance is to cover medical issues, but since this does not precisely meet the wording of the contract, apparently extreme and imminent medical danger to my unborn child doesn’t count. I will never use this “insurance” again!!

Scammers, this whole company!!! Don't use these leeches upon humanity.
