Antonio's Insurance

We’ve been with this insurance Agent since 2011. I received a letter in the mail Which I did not understand so since he is our agent, I called him so he could explain to us what is going on with the insurance we have. This man couldn’t even find us nor our account number. Then he gets an attitude when I tell him he should have all the information since we have been with him so long. He stated to send him the letter I received through the What’s up app which I’m not familiar with. When I told him NO he hung up on me. So please stay away from this agent he’s a piece of work!!!!

The lady is very nice very friendly and professional

Terrible service. Spoke to Stephanie and another agent that refused to provide her name. It’s a business a customer should always be able to know who’s assisting them.
