Awful service. I have been a client of Allstate for over 20 years. I have never been contacted by this agency to see if my policy was up to date. I called proactively to see if my coverage was adequate given my apartment had appreciated in value. I had difficulty getting the details of coverage from the agent, Ariana Ramdass. As a result, I transfered my policy to another Allstate agency. I found out Allstate acquired a condo agency in 2017. This agent never converted me over, let alone reassessed my policy periodically, which cost me $1300 annually in overpayments. Total overpayments since 2017 = $10,400.

IMy husband and I have been with Allstate insurance since 1990. They have treated us as part of their family. We have no complaints. The agents are very professional and helpful and explain our policy to us so we understand it. They are willing to work with their clients if a problem arises. Allstate insurance is the best. All star car insurance was recommend to me by my brother in law. When i called the 1800 number, I was transferred to Anthony for NY car insurance . It was a pleasant call with Anthony. All our questions were answered clearly and there was no pressure from him . If there's a 10 star, I will give 10 stars to Anthony. He was professional, helpful, knowledgeable, patient and most especially, he was accommodating. Communication was a breeze. So we ended up signing up with him. And even after signing up, he was still available for our follow up question. He helped us filing out the registration forms and to the extent of offering help if we needed to cancel other policy. I have a client that is assigned to the Agency of Anthony Ramdass, I manage my clients affairs and was the one calling on his behalf. I was trying to update a policy and they didn’t understand very straightforward information. I sent an email containing the documents they requested and they never called back as they said they would. Im trying to call again, for the 4th or 5th time and they don’t answer the phone.
