I am writing this review of my interaction with Ms Tryphane Walker earlier today (Feb 4, 2026). To set the stage here, I phoned the Anthony McEver State Farm office in Macon as a very frustrated, long time (over 55 years) State Farm customer. My issue centered on the “New State Farm system and procedures” that have been launched as of 2026. Specifically, it was due to having to sign documentation proving my agreement to the terms of the contracts for various policies, what seemed to me an overly necessary number of times I’d already dealt with Steven Tyson both face to face and on the phone, as well as Corey and Carissa in the same office in the recent past.
