Was advised to put personal item on homeowners insurance and I called the office. Nathan answered the call. He informed me of what he could do and to send him some pictures from my phone of the item. Then he called me back in minutes and it was all set and I felt relieved in the event something happens. Very professional call and done in a timely manner. In a world where so much is done online, through an 800- number, or through an app, it is wonderful to still have the personal and trusted service of a real insurance agent and company to help guide you through the process! This is what I wanted and got when working with Casey Chignoli and the Anthony Hakey State Farm office in Mokena, IL! Phone calls were answered promptly, voicemail was returned quickly, opportunity to talk through questions was there with patience and trusted knowledge! So long to the former online insurance companies who promise low prices, but truly don’t deliver!! I’ve never got better service or a better price! I highly recommend!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Casey at State Farm was seriously great to work with for my home and auto insurance. What still makes me laugh is his family owns a dealership, yet he became the insurance guy — and honestly, he’s really good at it. He was super knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and helped me feel confident about what I was choosing. He was also very patient with all the back-and-forth communication and questions (I had a lot), and never made me feel rushed. The only suggestion I’d give the office is to assign direct individual numbers or extensions so you can reach the specific agent you’re looking for without extra phone tag. Overall, Casey was awesome — highly recommend if you need home and auto coverage!
