Dayum when theres certain reviews guy BELIEVE THEM!! I found this number on google i decided id call and had no idea where or who i was calling i just knew i needed a health insurance! (I looked up the phone number on google again to be able to write this review) I called and spoke to Ryan. He gave me a couple quotes and did what he could to help me get an insurance policy. I explained to him that affordability and coverage where both things i needed.. he seemed kind. At the end the only thing holding me back to buying a policy was i wanted to check if my dr took that coverage and if i was able to afford it i needed to speak to my husband. He explained rates change daily and put me on hold to lock in my price. To where some girl spoke after i didnt catch her name but who the hell trained

Anthem Blue Cross: ANTI-patient I am a 69-year-old female, retired teacher in California. I fell and broke my femur in four places. I need an open reduction, rods, screws, and a ton of physical therapy. The doctor recommended an acute Rehab center, but it was too late to do much of an intervention and request for reconsideration. Yes, I managed to get a rebuttal filed, but it wasn't my best work. I was in severe pain. I had nothing to do but stay where I was and wait for the next proposal. I contracted Covid-19 and had to do 10 days of isolation. At the end of that, I was sent to rehab in a local facility. That facility offered excellent service and a Physical Therapy program with ample support and versatility for their patients. I was growing and improving daily. I was told that the ins

They have some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced they're not passionate about what they're doing they're only there to take your money I just switching over to these people and I am already highly regretting it I thought that my old plan was a problem but my plan isn't a problem since I've been having to deal with athem insurance for two weeks I've been taking off of very important medication, making me switch doctors that I've been dealing with for years, switching to Anthem has not benefit me whatsoever they have done nothing but hurt me and I have a severe disability. There is nothing worse than being kicked while you're already down dealing with people who arent passionate about their jobs I thought moving towards Anthem I will be dealing with better customer service
