Avoid them as much as possible. Just as bad as United Health. They tried to charge me multiple thousands of dollar because of THEIR technical issue. It took me over a year of fighting with them to dismiss it. A waste of my time, money, and health!

It's very hard to contest a charge. I was charged $177 for a vitamin D test at Quest Diagnostics when it's usually free. I think it's because I had a physician assistant at the time (I didn't know this). To contest a charge, you have to go to Availity where you need to join an organization. Basically, the website is useless because I don't know what organization to join. It doesn't give me an option to join my company or Anthem Blue Cross so it's a dead end. The only other option is mailing the complaint. I don't know where the Provider Manual is or the address to send a complaint. I tried AI/search engine but it sent me to Availity or gave me provider information.

If you have minors, they won't let you see their policy information online. You would have to call and everyone gives you diferente information.
