She explained everything well, and was very prompt. My old insurance was bought by a larger company and it got too difficult to get answers and they had to check with too many other people. With State Farm, it was simple. I went in and after some quick calculations, I had a quote. Anne made me feel comfortable enough to ask questions and I came out with a good sense of what I was getting.

Sends spam mail to my address. This is unacceptable. I have no desire to receive mail from this business, as I have never done business with them, and now have no intention of ever doing so. I encourage anyone reading this to do the same, as this behaviour is unacceptable.

Always very friendly and helpful. If you have a question they dont know. They are able to find out and answer it within a day.
