I was assisted in the whole process on a timely manner, my car insurance and home insurance Simultaneously, without any problems so absolutely awesome. I recommend Allstate to anyone and everyone who wish to be worry free of any situation that may arise 100 %...

Very clean and concise with questions and answers. They were a pleasure to sit down with in the office. Saved money by switching utilizing the same parameters as the old insurance. Even beat Geico.

Showed no support when an elderly loyal customer was being taken advantage of by a crooked claims adjuster. Shame on Allstate.

In good hands…until you fall through the fingers. They canceled my Auto policy without me knowing- said it was a clerical error. I was unable to drive my car and had to have GEICO insured it. Over the 4th of July weekend. It took Allstate about 5 days in investigate the matter - then reinstated the policy and charged me for the time I was uninsured and unable to dive! -There was no compensation and they put it out for “collection” after two days! - Stay clear of this company at all cost.

I recently moved to New York and had to transfer my auto policy from Florida and arrange a new HO policy. This agency was fantastic -- very customer-oriented and helpful with a whole new set of state insurance requirements. I hoped to find a local Allstate agency that was as wonderful as my Florida agent --- and I did!
