My company has been with Angie Lintz for years. We’ve always had a great experience. Today I worked with Kaitlyn for my personal insurance needs and she was awesome. Very helpful and very patient. Great customer service! Highly recommend them!

Really like the personal touch. She makes you feel like you've known her for a while and they're obviously great note takers. They remember the details of previous conversations, not just by pretending but actually knowing my concerns and what we're.looking for in pricing and services. Today's conversation took just moments and our policy was adjusted to our new needs in a matter of seconds while our conversation was taking place. I was really thinking it was going to be a " no, that's not our problem or no we cannot do that, it's not our company policy", but none of that happened at all. She let me know what they can do and we weren't asking for something outrageously difficult. But something that folks in the past in our same situation had done as well, that was nice to know. Katlyn was absolutely amazing when navigating me through the process of transferring my home,umbrella and auto insurance. Very informative on all the options i had with deductibles and coverages as well. Definitely would give State Farm a try if looking to switch insurance companies and save some money.

Angie and her staff are wonderful I have been a State Farm customer for probably 30 plus years (and that says a lot) Angie has been the Best Agent! She and her staff always answer the phone and any questions I have. They are friendly and go above and beyond. THEY ARE LOCAL AND HUMAN (Not AI) They genuinely care and make me feel valued.
