I obtained a Condominium policy through Angie from Allstate, and her associate, Kendall Harvey, suggested that I get increased coverage for special assessments by the Condo association. I followed Kendall's advice, and I'm now very glad I did following a $7150 assessment applied to us. I contacted Kendall, and within 48 hours, the $7150 was in my bank account. WOW!

Moved to Florida and had Angie Batton office transfer my automobile and renters policy. During this process they would never follow up like they said they would, I would wait around and finally have to call them back to finish the process. After all this kept receiving billing notices for my renters policy from my previous agent so I called this office and and asked if everything had been transferred to Florida, they said they would check and get back to me but never did. Called back and they said yes, everything was transferred. A month later still receiving notices from previous agent so I log into my account and it still shows that my renters was never transferred.
