Andy Dungan - State Farm Insurance Agent

My husband and I have been clients of State Farm for decades, originally in Virginia and in New Mexico for the last 20 years. I only wish everyone had an insurance company that cared for them the way State Farm does. Our agent in Tijeras, NM, Andy Dugan, Tammy, Roberta and everyone in this office are absolutely top tier. We have had many opportunities to ask them for help and they are always quick to respond and give excellent advice. I have been stranded on the side of the highway with a flat in Albuquerque, had my car totaled by an uninsured driver, submitted several claims for hail damage to our cars and our home, etc. The list goes on unfortunately. Tammy has served me and my family for years with State Farm and she’s treated me like family. Her communication skills are 2nd to none and her knowledge regarding insurance tells me she’s probably been in this profession for many years. Unfortunately due to living in a high fire risk area, State Farm can no longer insure me, so I had to find another insurance agency. It is truly my loss because there aren’t many people out there anymore that will give me the quality of service that Tammy always did.

Roberta has helped me and my sister with our insurance for a few years now, she is always so kind and supportive. Even during the covid pandemic things got rough but she helped assist in any way she could. I would highly recommend this office. Great customer service!
