They are good until you need them on your side and ready to file a claim. My wife was hit from behind in an accident. This office said, pay your deductible and "we'll try and get it back for you, but we can't promise." Oh ok, thanks. And what is insurance for again? And good luck if you have to file a claim for your house. Since I was dealing with someone from a different state I figured I'd call my local Allstate office to help out or for answers. They said, "we don't know too much about filing claims." Oh wow, thanks. Just collect my $1500 a year and if I have a claim I'll just speak to someone from Texas that could care less. Stay away from this office. They just want your $$$

I would like to say that working with Joanna Mania these last few years has been amazing and a main reason why I have chose to stay with Allstate. I have called Joanna numerous times over the years to ask to review my policy, add/remove a vehicle, add renters insurance, etc, and she always takes the time to explain everything to me. She explains each part of my insurance policy and will let me know why there has been an increase in cost of coverage and what we can look at as possible ways to save more. She is a pleasure to work with and is always there via phone or email to answer my questions.
