Horrible customer service. Talked to Jason multiple times about getting a quote and then he not only didn’t call back but then never answered the call. Talked to Lori and emailed them both with all the info and was supposed to hear back that day and again not only did not call back but would not respond to email or phone calls. I’m not a crazy person - I have good driving record and I had other i so range with them so it made since to move my car insurance to them. I don’t understand why in the world they would not respond and be polite when I told them both I had canceled my auto insurance to move all our insurance policies to them. Makes no sense to not want business.

Communication is HUGE with me and the last couple of insurance agents I’ve had, just did not deliver, that is until Anderson Perry!. I've been with Anderson Perry since moving to Nashville in 2015 they insure 4 homes 4 cars a boat and a Motorhome. The service has been exceptional I can always reach Jason or Lori either at work on the cell, during the week or weekends. They offer multiple lines of insurance companies and make sure I get the value I'm looking for.
