Multiple issues with this insurance company aside from raising rates due to “everyone’s rates have increased” explanation given. Notified that I wanted to cancel my policy which I was told they would complete then got a call stating that I had a bill due because the policy had not been cancelled. Upon inquiring they stated that there was a form that needed to be signed or they could not cancel. Asked for their policy stating a form needed to be signed and they could not provide one. Shady as all shady can be just like the typical insurance sales person. They don’t record their calls because quality service is not their main concern.

Everyone is pleasant, eager to help, very informative, proactive if they know rates are going up do to things beyond their control. Always trying to find the best rates. Very fast on claims. Best insurance company I've ever dealt with.

The ladies are always extremely polite & helpful! The office is always top notch in regards to holidays as well as every day decor & they always have treats! When I can't make it to the office they are just as wonderful over the phone!!! My claim was done promptly & exceeded my expectations for help in finding a repair shop! Only place my family will be insured!!!
