I want to sincerely thank Ana Gutierres, State Farm Agent in Portage, Indiana, and especially Morgan, who truly went above and beyond to help me. They had an answer for every question and handled everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. What I appreciated the most was the way they treat people with respect, kindness, and attention to detail. From the very beginning, they made me feel comfortable, supported, and understood. The experience didn’t feel like just doing business; it felt like being welcomed into a place that truly cares. They made me feel at home, like family. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for great service and even better people.

I know the rates are not always in their control but Ana gives good advice and direction and Morgan is amazing with the follow-up. She is quick to answer my questions and involve Ana if needed. Morgan is always cheerful and pleasant to work with.

I haven't purchased a policy yet, but due to the positive experience I had here (not to mention the surprisingly reasonable quotes I received), this agency is a top contender. I was in the neighborhood earlier this week, and since I've been comparison shopping insurance policies, I figured I'd stop in and and drop off a business card so an agent could get back to me at their convenience. Morgan, however, was having none of that. She greeted me with a big smile and dropped what she was doing to prepare three separate quotes for me (home, auto, and a bundle of the two). I have been searching for a homeowners policy and when I spoke to Mya, she definitely put State Farm at the top of the list. Her customer service skills are impeccable and I felt like she truly cared about the best decision for myself. I have not made a decision yet as I will be purchasing a home in the future, but if I were to choose anyone based on customer service alone, it would be State Farm. I sincerely hope this message reaches Mya as well as her superior as she is such a warm and helpful employee.
