Someone named Lauren mailed me a letter. I called this office to find out about the letter and further information, and she did not know what I was talking about at first. Additionally, she answered the phone in such a rude manner didn’t even tell me what her position was or how she was associated with the company and then began to include a few smart remarks when I simply asked a few questions to learn why this letter was sent to my company. Unbelievable

Worst decision was choosing this place! They screwed up details on our policy (which they admitted to) and then charged tripple than what we paid originally had already paid. We could've shopped around but because of their screw up, we get to pay the price.

Worst experience ever. I’d adevise everyone to avoid this company at all cost! Worst choice of a provided you could possibly get.

One of the worse insurance company when it comes to customer service. Left me at home with a broken arm for two weeks. No one, I mean no one answers their phones. try me, try calling one of their adjusters. Thank you Amtrust. By the way, how many people have you indirectly killed?

The policy was cancelled and i was still charge for the full coverage without my knowledge.
