Consistently unhelpful and unnecessarily slow. Claims are met with denials or repeated delays, and support offers scripted responses rather than solutions. The overall experience feels intentionally obstructive. I regret choosing this provider and will be switching as soon as possible.

I cancelled my policy a few days after I got it because I was laid off. I talked to a gentleman named Josh who cancelled my plan and said that I get a full refund. That was over a month ago and I still haven't received my $80 refund. They are playing games with me and toying me around. I want my MONEY!!!! I didn't even use the plan and I canceled it before the deadline of it becoming unrefundable. I was given their word and they have yet to follow through with it. Horrible customer service and business practices. I definitely do not recommend you use their company.

It should not take 45+ minutes to get a Representative of Ameritas Life Insurance Corp. to get on the phone. Everytime I call it takes way to long to get Ameritas Life Insurance Corp. Representative! Also, it took almost 6 weeks for Ameritas Life Insurance Corp. to process my EFT Electronic Fund Transfer form, which ended up costing me another monthly payment for my life insurance policy. It should have been processed a lot sooner, which cost me a lot of money.

Been trying to receive my money out my account every day I called about it they extend the amount of days I have to wait to receive my funds and customer service is trash they are rude and I was hung up on

The old building reminded me of the Kennedy center. Now I am waiting to see what structure is erected in its' place.
