I would give a zero if I could. This has been so stressful and it’s the one handling your claim that doesn’t do their jobs properly to make things smooth.

They use a scheduling company called one call. They take an average of 3 weeks to get you an appointment. They can't pay your bi-weekly pay on time. I have been off work for 4 months. 9 weeks of that have been waiting on one call to set up appointments or to get something the doctor has prescribed. As a result. My company was unable to keep a driver to cover my accounts. They have lost contract. So when i am realesed to duty. I don't have a job to go back to. Unless i go to a different state to work.

Have had nothing but delays with receiving my benefits from the the beginning of my claim . Very rude & unprofessional interactions with my case manager. Highly recommend getting a lawyer to facilitate you claim with this outfit.
