Let me start by saying this is a local insurance company in our small town so we decided to go with them years back due to the savings they offered as well as cash back. We have been with them for several years now and were finally eligible for their cash back rewards after meeting all necessary requirements. They informed us through mail they were dropping homeowners insurance and we needed to find another policy so we did. We called to check the status of the cash back that was supposed to be paid out before dropping us and they stated since we switched prior to the cancellation date we weren't eligible anymore. What a scam and definitely is not a way to treat your long term customers. We were never notified of the terms that had to be met in order to be paid out once they stopped carryi

Nothing against my insurance lady, she's great. But last week the company decided to send me a letter 3 days before the automatic draft raising my insurance up to almost 400.00 a month because my 21 year old daughter and baby live in the house with us. She has her own car and insurance, their solution, change address or switch to their insurance. Fraud no matter how you look at it.

Best insurance company I've ever had. I've been with them about 16 years and nothing could get me to switch.
