I called over two weeks ago for a quote on homeowners and three automobiles to be insured. The woman took my phone number and I didn’t hear anything back. Nothing! Avoid this place at all costs. Clearly, the customer service is nonexistent.

Luisa is always willing to explain all the details and whys/why nots about policies and options. She responds quickly and her being able to communicate in both English and Spanish is a huge plus!
