This is only directed at Progressive not this local business. I signed up for Progressive Insurance and provided all information requested. I received notification within a few weeks that my policy had been canceled. I called them and after much time on the phone and them reviewing the call I made when I setup my insurance they agreed that I had indeed done what was requested of me on that call. They then forced me to provide further information during that call in order to stop the cancellation of my insurance. After months of pay My bill I switched to another insurance company, ALFA, and they continued to bill me and are now affecting my credit for unpaid payments. I will NEVER use Progressive again. I will pay the money I owe them ONLY because it affects my credit! They are terrible and

We have insurance there. It is on 6th Avenue which is one of the busiest streets in Decatur. They will not let you in to discuss business. They have a side window open about 3 inches that you have to talk to the woman through- in the current weather- which that day was 91 degrees. You can't hear or understand one word being said due to the glass dividing plus all of the traffic noise I am currently shopping for new insurance and this is one of the reasons why. AWFUL customer service
