I’d give ZERO stars if they would let me. They harass you - calling non stop, back to back. Do yourself a favor and don’t pick up, ever. That is them calling me 5 times in 5 minutes- after I have asked them to reach out to the actual person whose policy I was tied to and I am not even familiar with. I had to block them. Also 8:30pm at night, completely unacceptable. Do not reccomend.

Been trying to cancel for months because they changed our policy without consent and refuse to cancel but will tell you they are but every month you will still get charged for it. Don’t deal with Mario Borino. He’s a professional at gaslighting. It shouldn’t be this hard to cancel a policy and as far as I’m concerned they just want to scam you.

The absolute worst life insurance company to deal with all they do is harass you constantly. When calling to speak to a manager 3 weeks ago still no return call. When canceling because of the harrassment 5 weeks later still no cancelation papers received all the keep saying is it was mailed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY EVER. They make sure they get their monthly payment bur won't cancel your policy when asked.

Can not take no for an answer. Gavin was harassing a Senior I care for. Talking in circles, contradicting his own sentences. If you receive a call from anyone saying they work for this company, hang up, block, and report spam
