Buyer beware! I got Ail insurance over 5 years ago. Everything was going great until Ian, my advisor wanted to do an update. He convinced me to upgrade to more funeral expenses, and gave me the total new monthly cost at 68.00. Okay thats doable. Then over the last 8 months now, Ian didn't cancel my original plan, and ive been getting double billed, And my new plan is NOT 68$ a month but 98$ that was not what I agreed on. So after many failed attempts to get a hold of both Ian and the company itself, I got no contact! So I cancelled the debits from my account, at a cost of $12 for each. Then some other guy texted, not called, to see why thier double payments weren't coming out. Ya! Not! I explained to this guy what happened and guess what he did? GHOSTED ME! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
