Have tried to cancel our policies numerous amount of times, yet we still get emails saying a policy has not been paid, since well I removed our billing since we CANCELED OUR POLICIES. They kept pushing and pushing services and increasing our premiums, one agent even went as far as saying "oh just work more overtime" to cover the added policies. This company seriously just wants to keep pushing you to increase your monthly premium but when you have concerns or questions they never get back to you.

I'm sure this company is wonderful to deal with when it comes to claims and customer service when the customer reaches out, but when it's flipped and suddenly they want to review your profile and try and change your plan almost every month? I have blocked at least six numbers so far and will continue to do so if you do not leave me alone, especially when you primarily contact the secondary on the account! Your employees call and insist on meetings at the most inconvenient times to go over an account where nothing has changed, and refuse to take no for an answer despite marking the profile as "resolved." If I need something from you, I will reach out. Until then, please leave us be.

People, please do your homework before signing up with some of these “not true to their word” companies! After speaking with my mortgage person, I should have done my homework! When I called this individual back from this life insurance company , I told him with my husband being present that we are not interested and would like our refund, please? This joker debited our account the next few days! I will never fool with this company again, nor any other life insurance company except for the ones that I already have! :(

Poor customer service and follow through. I called May 22 after finding out my mother was still paying monthly automatically on a policy for my stepfather who passed away over 3 years ago. They told me paperwork would be sent out by end of the week. I called June 2nd and was told paperwork was sent out. I called June 6 and was told they just mailed it to the correct address. I called today, June 15 and was told call US Mail if I'm not happy with mail service. I was then told to call back next Thursday if I still have not received it yet. The supervisor, Patricia, absolutely didn't care and was no help at all. Update: I called back on June 22nd since I have not received anything in the mail.
