American Consumer Excellence

Last month, when I went to my doctor's office for my annual appointment, the office assistant informed me that my doctor was no longer accepting the First Health Network insurance that I had secured through American Consumer Excellence (ACE). I have been going to the same doctor for almost 30 years. I don't want to change now. I really love the way ACE enables you to get access to a real human being on the phone and not just a series of computer messages. If you're on hold for a long time, you're also given the option of having someone call you back and they really do. This time, very kind ACE member services representative, by the name of Dedra Brockett, spent a good deal of time on the phone with me. She spoke with her supervisor and got permission to send "nomination" paperwork directl

I needed medical insurance and was told that I needed to get dental and vision as a package deal. ACE does NOT carry any medical insurance. I was scammed. They charged my credit card $233.95 for medical insurance. I cancelled within the 30 day period. They had no problem sending me cancellation letter in days. They have not refunded my money which it clearly states that they would. It has been over 30 days since I have cancelled. Where is my refund?? Beware of this company.

Horrible. its a scam.They will sell you plan full of lies. There are lot of hidden things. They want to rush you to sell it.They charge you enrollment fee which they will tell you its refundable if we cancel it within 30 days. if you do cancel it, they say its not refundable. They tell you on phone that enrollment fee is refundable but when you submitted the application there is hidden clause which says non-refundable. American Consumer Excellence and Affordable Benefit Choice - STAY AWAY !!! FRAUD !!!

If you are ever searching for private health care steer clear. This is nothing short of a company designed around a business plan to scam people who don’t know any better. Leaving negative reviews via Google, BBB, AG and anywhere else until I am refunded the money that has been stolen from me.

If u want to talk to anyone good luck. I’ve been trying for three days on hold for 30 min. Left numerous voice mails no return calls. Emailed them and waiting on response. Horrible customer service. I have yet to speak to a human being at that company.
