I’ve been with this company over 10 years now and Ms Brown is always a great help I recently visited to add more coverage and she was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I’m sure I will be with this company for many years to come.
WORST customer service EVER!!!!! Answered the phone with "Hold Please" then continued to pick up and say that for over 7 minutes and was extremely rude and unprofessional. Would NEVER do any business with this company. STAY AWAY!
