Always had a great experience with Amanda Kaplan and State Farm Insurance! Recently when I needed assistance getting a jumpstart and roadside was going to take awhile to show up, I called Amanda for guidance. She listened to my concerns, was empathetic and offered a solution that helped us get back on the road quickly. While the alternate solution was to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed she made sure my reimbursement check was in the mail the next day. I appreciate having someone to call when in a situation where you need immediate assistance. Would definitely recommend her to friends and family.
