Lance was great and very helpful. We tried to deal with blue cross directly, but had subpar service and answers on multiple occassions. He does his research, has options, and provides additional info on ways to save money and find doctors. Super helpful.

Lance is truly the best he guide me through the process of picking new health plan , took steps to keep the process moving and it was simple for me. Picking a new plan even lower than before , explained everything involved and set up payments. Thanks again Angela
